ISA Hardware Ltd, dynamically developing computer component distributor in EEMEA region agreed with AMD to revise commercial distribution agreement in terms of commercial distributor subsidiary. New authorized subsidiary and AMD commercial distributor is ASBISC Enterprises PLC, 100% owner of ISA Hardware Ltd.
Under terms of the signed agreement, ASBIS is authorized to sell AMD product line of desktop, mobile and server central processor units (CPU) and AMD workstation graphics accelerators across the Europe and CIS via distribution centers and ASBIS offices located in over 26 countries.
